  • Antiviral - Tested to ISO 21702 standard, EconiClay demonstrated an R-value of 2.16 after 12 hours, indicating a 99% reduction in viral activity and confirming EconiClay's efficacy in reducing surface-borne viruses.

  • Low Thermoplasticity and Near-Zero Carbon Emission - EconiClay raw material does not require high heat to soften or reshape. It undergoes low-temperature modification using surfactants, avoiding energy-intensive melting or firing processes. This results in up to 80% lower carbon footprint compared to conventional material. Greenhouse gas emission in the life cycle of 1 kg of EconiClay product (from cradle to grave) is 0.26 kgCO2e.

  • Sustainable and Recyclable - EconiClay does not rely on thermoplasticity, therefore it can be recycled and reused infinitely without degrading its structure. EconiClay can be recycled and reused, or revert back to ordinary clay.
